Returns of Home Try-on

 

It’s free and easy to return your Home Try-on.

 

Home Try-on includes Free Return Shipping. Simply attach Prepaid Return Label included in your box.Seal box and drop at any USPS. 

 

5 Day Trial period begins when you receive the box. Postmark your Home Try-on Return on or before day 5.

 

No obligation to buy. No charges if you return all frames. 

 

 

Returns of Purchases

 

When you purchase a frame, you have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return. 

 

All purchase orders are shipped with a prepaid return label included in the box. You may use this return label to return your item(s). 

 

Please note that $5 return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

 

Returns of Pre-orders

 

When you purchase a Pre-order, you have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return. 

 

All Pre-orders are shipped with a prepaid return label included in the box. You may use this return label to return your item(s).

 

Pre-orders receive free shipping both ways. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Final Sale Items

We occasionally offer items on Final Sale. Items that are listed as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

 
We offer free shipping both ways on exchanges. Contact us to request assistance. 

 

Refunds

 
When returns are processed, we will send you an autoemail with your return status. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
