1. Log in to Mirra Portal. Tell us which frames you're returning. (Do this to avoid being auto-charged for all frames.)

2. Attach prepaid return label included in your box. 

3. Seal box and drop at any USPS. Free shipping both ways. 

 

10 Day Trial begins the day of delivery. Drop your box at USPS on or before day 10.

 

No obligation to buy. No charges if you return all frames. 

 

 

Return a Purchase

 

When you purchase a frame, you have 30 days from delivery date to postmark your return. 

 

A prepaid return label included is in your box. Please note that $5 return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

 

Return a Pre-order

 

When you purchase a Pre-order, you have 30 days from delivery date to postmark your return. 

 

A prepaid return label is included in your box. Pre-orders receive Free Shipping both ways. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Final Sale Items

We occasionally offer items on final sale. Items that are listed as final sale at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

We offer free shipping both ways on exchanges. Contact us to request assistance. 

 

Refunds

 
When returns are processed, you will receive an email update with your return status. Refunds will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
